It is designed for people who don't have a lot of time and don't have a lot of equipment, but want to tone and shape their body in the most effective way. Las Guerreras receive an email every Sunday with the suggested routine for the week so they don't lose their focus. But the most important thing! It is a space for your Physical and Mental Health where every day you will feel stronger.

When you click to subscribe, you will have 2 membership options. Choose the best one for you and enjoy 7 days free. You can cancel whenever you want.

There are two options. Monthly for $9.99 or Annual for $99.99. You have 7 days free in both options, and you can cancel whenever you want.

You need Dumbbells of different weights. My suggestion is between 5-20lbs for beginners (2.2-9kg), 5-30lbs for intermediate (2.2-13.6kg), and 8-50lbs for advanced (3.6-22.6kg). Some resistance bands and a mat. But you can start with what you have. Some routines do not require any equipment.
